• All bookings must comply with the rule of 6 people or 2 households.
  • You cannot join another booking whilst visiting us. 
  • The total number (6 people) includes babies, children and adults. 
  • Please do not be offended if we ask you to remain with your booking for the duration of your visit. We have regular inspections from authorities to ensure we are adhering to the rules. 
  • Track and Trace details will be taken at the time of booking online and/or at the reception desk if purchasing admission on arrival. 
  • Details for every visitor (over the age of 16) will need to provide their name and contact details. 
  • We will keep these records for 21 days and provide data to NHS Test and Trace if requested. 
  • We display an official NHS QR code poster so that customers and visitors can ‘check in’ using the NHS COVID-19 app in addition to providing contact details. 
  • Due to the nature of our centre, we cannot only accept NHS QR code ‘check ins’ at present. 
  • We adhere to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 
  • You must not enter the play centre if you or anyone else on your booking are showing symptoms of coronavirus, have had a positive coronavirus test result and/or if you have visited countries which are subject to self-isolation on your return.   • You must sanitise your hands prior to entry, on entry to the play areas and throughout your visit. We have hand sanitiser available in the centre but it is advised that you bring your own also. Hand sanitiser does not replace good hand hygiene, please follow the Government guidelines on washing hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water, especially before eating and drinking.
  • Tables, chairs and other furniture must not be moved together as we need to maintain the social distancing within the centre. The layout and table plan has been created to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • Anyone over the age of 11 must wear a face covering at all times, unless you are sat down eating and drinking. Medical exemptions apply. 
  • If you arrive ahead of the session start time, please observe social distancing whilst queuing outside the building. Do not try to enter the building, as we will be cleaning and it may not be safe for you to enter.
  • We have increased our cleaning regimes to cover all areas of the centre (play areas, toilets, seating areas, serving area and kitchens). 
  • We are complying with the latest information and we are using industrial products to clean our centre. 
  • You must leave when the session has ended as we need to clean ready for the next session. 
  • You should clear your table of any waste that can go in the bin in the bins provided.
  • Tables may not be cleared until the end of your session to ensure our team members do not come into contact with you frequently.
  • If you wish to order food, please do so promptly after arriving. At peak times our cafe may have lots of orders, ordering early ensures you have time for food and playing.
  • Please do not consume your own food or drinks whilst visiting us. You will be asked to put these away. 
  • We appreciate you supporting a family run business for families. By purchasing food with us and not bringing your own it helps maintain our team in employment and protect our centre for the future. 
  • Hygiene and safety rules state that no food other than that purchased on the premises can be consumed due to allergens and allergies that other visitors may have. 
  • For a short while, until the Coronvairus level has reduced, we are using disposable packaging for all our cafe products. We have sourced where possible green eco packaging. 
  • Guidelines request parents accompany and supervise their children on the play equipment so that they follow the one way system and to ensure social distancing is adhered too. 
  • Please adhere to social distancing at all times whilst visiting.
  • Please make sure everyone wanting to play on the equipment is wearing socks.
  • Toilets must only be used by 1 person, 1 family or people of the same booking at a time.
  • Ensure you wash your hands per Government guidance.
  • Children should be encouraged to visit the toilet with their parents, guardian or carer. 
  • Where possible please use contactless, Apple Pay or similar. We no longer have a minimum card payment amount. Cash is accepted.
  • Baby toys are reduced currently and only contain items that we can sanitise after each session/use.
  • We are very customer focussed and ask that you please work with us. Talk to us about any helpful suggestions or concerns you might have to improve the customer experience.
  • If you are displaying any signs of COVID19 prior to your visit please stay home. If you develop signs of COVID19 at any time during your visit please alert the duty manager.
