When the September weather starts to get a little chilly, it’s time to start planning those cosy autumn crafts for your Little Pirates. We’ve put together a list of our favourite crafts and DIYs to help you celebrate the autumn season in style! So grab your PVA glue, finger paints and paper – it’s time to get crafting!
As many of our lovely Little Pirates will know, Teddy-Tastic parties are a big part of our birthday experiences at Pirates. These magical parties involved the little ones experiencing the joy of choosing, stuffing and bringing to life their favourite cuddly bears and placing a special heart inside them to keep forever. With a wardrobe full of fun costumes to dress the bears up in, it’s a great opportunity for Little Pirates to make their own best friends, and take them home for good.

From our friendly Mascot Visits to Easter crafts, every day of the holidays will be filled with fun for our Little Pirates! We’ve got face painting, disco dancing sessions and perhaps even a star guest popping in to wish us all a Happy Easter this year!
We know that Easter can feel a little chaotic for mums and dads, so we wanted to help bring a little bit of fun and creativity back into the holiday again!
We want all children to feel welcome at Pirate’s with our Autism, Asperger’s and ADHD friendly evenings!
In 2018, a national survey run by the CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) found that every 1 in 59 children is diagnosed with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
So we wanted to do something to help.
For over five years, we’ve been opening our doors to children of all ages and abilities, promoting our monthly Autism Nights in the centre. These specially designed evenings are there to help children with Autism, ADHD and Asperger’s to socialise in a calm, relaxed environment.

On the 7th of March, Pirates Play Centre celebrated World Book Day 2019!
