In your 2 hour slot, all birthday guests will have the play centre to themselves and can arrange their own food.
All our VIP Self Catered Private Hire parties are between 5pm – 7pm (please note earliest access to the centre is 5 – 10 minutes before the party time).
2 hour party and includes a 1 free return pass for the birthday child.
Information:
– No alcohol is permitted at our VIP Self Catered Private Hire parties
– Our max venue capacity is 150 people, including children, adults and babies, we CANNOT exceed this maximum amount of people
– Our VIP Self Catered VIP parties are perfect when bringing your own buffet and cold food (sorry we do not provide kitchen or food heating facilities – you cannot bring electric appliances such as microwaves/hot plates).
– The person organising, preparing and serving the food will be responsible for allergens and food hygiene. They will ensure appropriate precautions are taken for the health & safety of the guests you are providing food for. At no time are Pirates Play Centre responsible for food brought into the premises for Self Catering VIP parties
Deposits are none refundable or transferable (£50). The party balance is required to be paid 48 hours prior to the party.
Socks MUST be worn at all times! It is recommended that children wear long sleeves and full-length trousers, as the slide can cause friction burns! Nylon (tracksuits and football shirts) is particularly prone to burns and scorch marks.
Adult ratio: No adult ratio with Private Hire parties, bring as many as you like! (Venue capacity cannot exceed 150ppl including children and adults).
